Free shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days.
Order tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.
If your order is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact care@namsluxurywellness.com with your order number.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) / Part Cash on Delivery Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) / Part Cash on Delivery is available for all customers, subject to the following conditions:
- We reserve the right to update or modify the terms of COD / Part COD orders at any time.
- Exceptions: COD / Part COD may not be available for certain orders due to: Location-based service restrictions / High-value orders.
- Coupons, discounts, and cashback offer apply only to prepaid orders and are not valid for COD / Part COD purchases.
- COD/Part COD orders are final and non-returnable. Refunds are not applicable for COD/ Part COD transactions. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
3. Payment Policy
We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking and wallet payments for prepaid orders.
If the money is debited from your account, but not reflected on your order please reach out to our Care team at Email: care@namsluxurywellness.com.
4. Taxes & Compliance
All product MRPs include applicable taxes as per government regulations.
