Eligibility for Returns

  • This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website only.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

1.      The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.

2.      It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3.      Refunds are not applicable for COD transactions. Please review your order carefully before confirming

 

Return Period

  • All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.

Product Condition

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

Exclusions

  • Shipping fees, payment gateway charges and taxes remitted to authorities are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • 30 Day return policy does not apply to products purchased during a special discounted sales.

How to Request a Refund

 

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow upto 7 business days for your refund to be processed after your return has been approved and the product reaches our warehouse.

 

Replacement for a damaged Product

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you can then request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

  • Without a photo / video of the damaged product in the replacement request form, the replacement request will not be entertained.
