Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
• The MBG applies only to first-time customers purchasing one bottle of NAMS Omega-7 Sea Buckthorn Oil Capsules directly from our official website only.
• Limit: one refund per household/address.
• Customers must opt-in by replying “YES” via WhatsApp to confirm participation and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Activation of Guarantee
• The MBG period starts from the date you confirm beginning your dosage by replying “YES, started” on WhatsApp.
• You must start your first dose within 7 days of delivery. Failing to confirm start within this period will void the MBG.
3. Weekly Tracker Submissions
• To remain eligible, you must complete all four weekly wellness check-ins sent via WhatsApp.
• Check-ins consist of simple Yes/Some/No questions related to your experience (skin, energy, dryness, digestion, etc.).
• Missing any weekly check-in or failing to respond within 24 hours (48 hours with reminder) will automatically forfeit the guarantee.
4. Duration & Refund Request Window
• The MBG covers 30 consecutive days of consistent use from confirmed start date.
• Refund requests must be raised within 45 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
5. Refund Conditions
• Refunds are processed only if you report no noticeable visible or felt improvements (e.g., skin hydration, energy, dryness relief, digestion).
• Refund eligibility requires ≥75% “No” responses across the 4 weekly trackers.
• Only the product cost of one bottle will be refunded. Shipping fees, payment gateway charges, COD fees, or taxes remitted to authorities are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 working days post validation.

6. Product Return & Verification
• Customers may be required to return the empty or partially used bottle as proof of usage.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• NAMS reserves the right to request supporting details (e.g., empty-bottle photo, tracker logs) before approving refunds.
7. Exclusions
The MBG is not valid if:
• The product is purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party resellers, or outside India.
• You fail to opt-in, miss weekly check-ins, or do not start within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
• Fraudulent or abusive refund activity is suspected (e.g., repeated claims from the same household).
8. General
• This MBG is valid only in India.
• Individual results vary depending on lifestyle, diet, and personal health conditions.
• NAMS Luxury Wellness reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this MBG policy at any time, without prior notice.
