1. Purpose of the Consistency Promise™
The NAMS 30-Day Consistency Promise™ (“Promise”) is designed to provide customers with a fair, transparent, and experience-based assurance when using NAMS Sea Buckthorn Omega-7 capsules.
This Promise is not a guarantee of results.
It is a structured evaluation of personal experience over a defined period, based on consistent usage and self-reported observations.
2. Product Covered
This Promise applies only to:
• NAMS Sea Buckthorn Omega-7 Capsules
• Purchased directly from official NAMS Website only.
• The Promise does not apply to bundles, promotional freebies, or products purchased from unauthorised sellers.
3. Eligibility Period
The evaluation period is 30 consecutive days starting from:
• The date the customer confirms the start of daily usage, and
• No later than 7 days after confirmed product delivery
Late starts may render the customer ineligible for the Promise.
4. Usage & Dosage Requirement
To qualify under this Promise, the customer must:
• Consume 2 capsules per day (as directed on the product label)
• Maintain overall consistency, with no more than two (2) missed doses across the entire 30-day period
Missed Dose Policy
• A missed dose is any day on which the capsule was not consumed as directed.
• Up to two (2) missed doses in total over 30 days are acceptable.
• Missing more than two (2) doses makes it impossible to fairly assess the product and voids eligibility.
5. Weekly Experience Check-Ins (Mandatory)
During the 30-day period, customers are required to complete four (4) weekly digital check-ins, each consisting of:
1. A usage consistency question (missed doses that week), and
2. A single experience-based question, answered as:
YES / MAYBE / NO
These check-ins are delivered via WhatsApp, email, or other digital channels designated by NAMS.
Failure to complete all four check-ins within the scheduled timeframe will result in ineligibility.
6. Refund Eligibility Criteria
A refund request will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
1. At least three (3) out of four (4) weekly experience responses are marked “NO”, indicating no perceived benefit
2. Total missed doses across the 30-day period do not exceed two (2)
3. All four (4) weekly check-ins are completed on time
4. Usage was started within 48 hours of delivery
5. The request is submitted within seven (7) days of completing the Day-30 check-in
6. The product was purchased from an official NAMS channel
“YES” or “MAYBE” responses indicate a perceived or partial benefit and do not qualify as no-result weeks.
7. Refund Review Process
7.1 Auto-Approval
Refunds may be automatically approved when:
• All eligibility conditions are clearly met
• Usage compliance and responses are consistent
• No prior refunds have been issued to the same household
7.2 Manual Review
Refund requests may be manually reviewed if:
• Responses include mixed outcomes
• Usage data requires clarification
• There is prior refund history
• Any discrepancy is detected
Manual reviews are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
8. Refund Method & Timeline
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 7–10 business days after approval
• Only the product cost of one bottle will be refunded. Shipping fees, payment gateway charges, COD fees, or taxes remitted to authorities are non-refundable.

9. Product Return & Verification
• Customers may be required to return the empty bottle as proof of usage.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Limitations & Abuse Prevention
To maintain fairness:
• The Consistency Promise™ is limited to one (1) refund per household
• NAMS reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:
o False, inconsistent, or manipulated responses
o Missed or delayed check-ins
o Excessive missed doses
o Suspected misuse or abuse of the Promise
All digital responses are time-stamped and final.
11. Important Disclaimers
• This product is a health supplement, not a medicine
• Individual experiences may vary
• The Promise is based on self-reported subjective experience, not clinical diagnosis
• The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
12. Modification & Termination
NAMS Luxury Wellness reserves the right to:
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Consistency Promise™ at any time
• Update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
Changes will not affect valid requests already in progress.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amritsar, Punjab.
